Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
